Freshman Student of the Week
The Freshman Student of the Week is James Johnson. James is a three sport athlete who plays offensive lineman for the football team. He also wrestles, and throws shot in track. He was an asset to the team that went to state two weeks ago. When James isn't playing sports, you can find him at Alpha Fitness, where he likes to work out. Congratulations, James, and continue to succeed on and off the field!

Sophomore Student of the Week
The Sophomore Student of the Week is Rileigh Adkins. Rileigh is 15 year old and is a member of the cheer team. On Saturday, November 10, the cheerleaders competed at the Rupp Arena in Lexington, Kentucky at the Bluegrass Regionals. they took 8th place for gameday cheers and 12th for competition. Outside of school activities, she loves to tumble and hang with the gals. Congratulations, Rileigh!

Senior Student of the Week 
Our Senior of the Week is Hunter Adkins. Hunter has been a member of the Fairland MArching Band for 7 years for playing the trumpet. Hunter plans to attend Morehead State and major in Physics. Hunter also belives video production would be a fun and interesting back up plan. This inspiration has come form participating in video class for the past 2 years. When Hunter is not busy, he enjoys playing video games and practicing his instrument.

Junior Student of the Week 
Addi Speed is the Junior of the Week.  Addi is a member of the Golf and Volleyball teams.  Currently, she serves for the third year in a row on the FHS Student Council where she helps with Blood Drives, Back to School Night, Canned Food Drives, and all of the other service projects the Council takes on.   Addi is also the Copy Editor the FHS Fairlander Yearbook and assists with the Dragon's Breath Webpage.  Outside of school, Addi enjoys reading!
