        Hi!! I am so glad that you are going to be in my class this year! I will be sending you a letter this summer to let you know what you will need for this year, but here is a list in case you want to get started:

·         Backpack (regular size, no wheels)

·         Pencil Box (any size)

·         # 2 pencils (LOTS!) - please try to sharpen some

·         2 large pink pearl erasers

·         2 – 3 glue sticks (no liquid glue please)

·         Crayons (24 count or larger)

·         Colored pencils (24 count or larger)

·         Scissors

·    2 yellow highlighters

·         2 red pens

·         3 - two pocket folders, plastic preferable (one blue, red and yellow)

    1 green, two pocket, 3 pronged, plastic folder, Mead preferable- (please do not write your child's name on this folder)

·   2  one subject notebook (spiral bound)

·         1 - 2 large boxes of tissues

Some additional items that you may wish to include but are not necessary:
