Class Goal

Class Goal for October 4-8

Every week, our class chooses a goal to work on together.  This week, our class goal is "To make good choices at home and school".  We will be working to make good choices and be role models for others. 

Reading Comprehension

                                                       
                        U.N.R.R.E.A.L. Reading Strategies                                          
            While reading a new, or even old story, the students use strategies to help them slow down and really comprehend what they are reading. We practice these strategies in the classroom and I encourage the students to use them on their homework as well. I have seen a great deal of improvement in reading comprehension since starting these practices! Below, I have included a link to show exactly what each letter stands for in "U.N.R.R.E.A.L."
