Fairland High School Class of 2020 Graduation

will be open one hour prior to the start of the ceremony *
Please read the following and be prepared to follow all
guidelines. Remember that graduation is
a privilege not a right and we have an obligation to do our part protect the
health and safety of not only our children but our entire community.
Tickets will be issued to each graduate and must be picked up
at the high school prior to the event starting Wednesday, June 17th through
Friday, June 26th between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m.
Tickets are required for entry into the stadium. No one will be permitted into the ceremony
without a school issued ticket.
Each student will be issued two sets of 6 tickets. Each set of tickets is considered a family
group. Family groups of no more than six
may be seated together separated 6 feet to maintain proper social distance. Ushers will be assisting with the
seating. Please be patient and honor
their direction as you are being seated.
v Anyone
feeling ill must stay home.
v Six feet of
social distancing is required at all times
v Face masks
or coverings are strongly encouraged.
School personnel and board members will be wearing masks for the safety
of our students, themselves and graduation attendees and we ask that you do the
same. Graduates are asked to wear face
masks that can be removed when they come across the stage to receive their
diploma.
v Members of
the same household may sit close to one another; however, household groups (no more than 6) must maintain six-feet
of social distancing from other 6 member family groups.
v Six feet of
social distance must be designated between graduates.
v Handshaking
and hugging are not permitted
v You will be
expected to follow all directional signage
v To prevent crowding
in common spaces you are required to stay seated until dismissed by row under
the supervision of ushers. You are
required to promptly leave the stadium upon dismissal.
v Gathering
after the ceremony in the stadium, common areas, parking lot, etc. is not
permitted.
v Lifetouch
will be taking pictures of each graduate as they receive their diploma. Graduates can order their picture online if
they choose to do so.
Further instructions
for graduates will be given when they pick up their tickets.
